BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) is the spreded low-power communication standard supported in several smartphone devices. This project develops a special BLE cooperative mechanism to realize cooperative operation between a BLE beacon and a smartphone device. Our mechanism can support autonomous data collection through a smartphone device and can realize several useful service ,such as practical participatory sensing, sensor sensing, based on the developed mechanism.
